  福建省能源石化集团有限责任公司成立于2021年8月,由福建省能源集团和福建石油化工集团整合重组而成,是福建省属国有独资企业,注册资本金121亿元人民币。集团作为我省能源、石化产业一体化龙头企业,聚焦“清洁高效能源、石化产业、金融服务、新材料与建材建工”四大主业,积极培育健康养老产业,拥有全资及控股并表企业199家,资产总额逾1500亿元,在职员工逾2万人。

  福建省能源石化集团有限责任公司权属福建省福化鲁华新材料有限公司(以下简称“福化鲁华”)成立于2020年11月5日,是福建首个碳五碳九分离及下游新材料项目。碳五碳九项目总占地面积约580亩,总投资约为40.86亿元。

  建设地点为福建漳州古雷半岛工业区该项目将以古雷石化、福建联合石化以及中沙芒果项目产出的碳五、碳九馏分为原料,依托鲁华公司拥有的工艺技术水平、综合利用程度、加工深度、人才储备等方面具有的优势,在公用工程条件配套齐全的古雷石化基地分期建设碳五碳九分离及下游新材料项目,提高产品附加值,成为产业链延伸的亮点。

  该项目工程建设进度分两期建设,一期建设 15万吨/年碳五分离单元、3.6万吨/年碳五石油树脂装置、3万吨/年DCPD加氢树脂装置、4万吨/年SIS/SBS弹性体装置、2.5万吨/年SEBS(可切换为4万吨/年SBS)加氢弹性体装置、16万吨/年碳九分离装置、7.5万吨/年碳九树脂装置、配套储运、公用工程、辅助设施等。二期建设 18万吨/年碳五分离单元、3万吨/年碳五石油树脂装置、4.5万吨/年DCPD加氢树脂单元(一期扩产)、2.5万吨/年异戊胶乳装置、5万吨/年碳九加氢树脂装置、7万吨/年碳九加氢装置、2万吨/年高纯DCPD装置。

  公司秉承用残余料做精品的价值观,致力于成为有持续价值的石油树脂服务商。以绿色石化为主体,立足科技,面向市场,打造全国大型C5、C9、DCPD树脂产业基地

  公司树脂产品主要应用于胶粘剂行业,与日常生产、生活息息相关,广泛应用于各类标签、包装材料、卫生用品、汽车饰材、橡胶制品、工程材料、电子应用、粘合剂、涂料、塑料及沥青该性等领域等领域等行业。


产品/项目介绍

碳五石油树脂

碳五树脂主要用于热熔胶、压敏胶、热熔压敏胶、轮胎增粘剂等各类胶粘剂、油墨、高端应用路标漆等领域。其中胶粘剂下游终端应用包括各类标签、包装材料、卫生用品、汽车饰材、橡胶制品、工程材料、电子应用等领域。

加氢树脂

加氢树脂是经过加氢改性的石油树脂,其颜色为白色或透明,其粘合性、耐候性及相容性更加优良,主要用于高端压敏胶、热熔胶、热熔压敏胶、密封胶等胶粘剂产品。终端应用包括医疗防护、卫生用品、高端包装材料等。

碳九树脂

碳九树脂是低分子量的热塑性芳香族石油树脂,具有良好的溶解性、防水性以及绝缘性,在酸碱条件下具有良好的化学稳定性。该产品主要用于制造工业涂料、热熔胶、橡胶轮胎、油漆油墨、清洗溶剂等;

橡胶弹性体

苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体,SBS是苯乙烯一丁二烯苯乙烯三段共聚物,SIS是由苯乙烯与异戊二烯组成的三嵌段共聚物。广泛用于粘合剂、涂料、塑料及沥青该性等领域,可制备包装袋、妇女卫生巾、纸尿裤、双面胶及标签等方面

高纯双环戊二烯

双环戊二烯主要用于生产不饱和聚酯树脂、DCPD树脂、DCPD加氢树脂、RIM反应注塑成型料(PDCPD)、金刚烷、四氢双环戊二烯(高能燃料)、环戊烯、环戊醇、环戊酮、阻燃剂、香料等。
