BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the digital technologies and applying the high safety standards.

What you can expect

You will be responsible for providing Engineering management for multiple Zhanjiang Verbund Site (ZVS) CapEx projects or eMOC. 您将负责为巴斯夫湛江一体化基地新型投资或在役工厂改造项目提供设计管理。

Main Tasks

	Accountable and leader of a diverse project team in the execution of Plant modifications (MoC) and small to mid-size capital projects. 负责并领导项目团队执行在役工厂改造或中小型项目。
	Responsible to lead the engineering team and in development of a solid scope for all eMoC and Capital Projects, monitor & control engineering design towards contractors. Responsible and accountable for all activities and deliverables associated with the project or eMoC. 领导设计团队，确认改造或新型项目范围，监管承包商的工程设计。全面负责项目的所有活动及最终交付。
	Support the project manager by collaborating with colleagues such as Discipline Engineering experts, Estimating, Cost Control, Scheduling, Operations, Technology, Site Management, Procurement, Construction and EHS to ensure efficient execution of capital project or eMoC. 支持项目经理协调其他专业，如各专业工程师、预算、费控、进度、操作、技术、基地管理、采购、施工及安全等，确保项目高效运行。
	Responsible for development of solid IFC package and coordination of related activities like design, engineering, procurement of components. 负责确定施工包，协调诸如设计、工程及采购等活动。
	Lead the Piping and the 3D design team in Model development, coordination with other disciplines and external contractors (LDI & CC). 带领管道及3D设计团队模型开发，协调其他专业及外部承包商（如当地设计院、施工队等）。
	Championing the project development process, create and modify practices and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the TE group as well provide input and support to various Site / Regional project management procedures. 制定并修正项目执行程序及流程，使其更高效运作。支持及建议基地或区域的项目管理程序。
	Provide expertise and support to the ZVS site in terms of training the TSS and Plant personnel on capital project processes. 给生产基地工程与维修技术（TSS）及生产团队提供项目实施程序的专业培训。
	Establish and keep close contact to the related discipline at BASF regionally and globally e.g., headquarter Germany (good English skills required). 跟区域及全球相关的设计团队建立并保持紧密合作（要求英语流利）
	Well communicate with executive project steering teams, BASF engineering teammates, LDI discipline teams, and vendor representatives to influent on items such as project status, risks, opportunities, coordination of decisions, etc. 跟项目指导团队、巴斯夫工程团队成员、当地设计院及供应商代表及时沟通，了解并介入项目状态、风险、机遇等，协调项目决策。
	Represent the owner interests in the project towards the EPs/Local Design Institute, Vendors, construction companies. Carry out technical and contractual supervision and guidance. 在与工程合作伙伴、当地设计院、供应商及施工单位等执行项目过程中充分代表业主利益。提供技术及合同监督和指导。
	Compliance with all EHS policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a Zero Incident mindset in the implementation of capital projects, while championing BASF’s commitment to safety always. 遵守所有EHS政策和程序，秉承零事故思维，深刻理解并执行巴斯夫安全高于一切的理念。
	Support the development and updates of the Digital Engineering and construction process. Lead the Digital Twin topic within ZVS. Work with ODs and other stakeholders to coordinate the laser scanning process and activities as needed. 支持并更新数字化设计和施工流程。主导湛江一体化基地的数字化双胞胎课题。与运营部门和其他利益相关方合作，根据需要协调工厂的激光扫描。
	Champion the mindset of Continuous Improvement and implementation of improvement measures. 倡导持续改进并付诸于实际行动。

任职要求：
What we expect

	Education教育背景：　　　　　　    
　　- bachelor’s degree with major study in Process/Mechanical /Chemical engineering 工艺/机械/化工专业本科毕业
　　- Master’s degree will be an advantage研究生学历优选

	Working Experience工作经历：
　　- At least more than 10 years working experiences Engineering and Project Management　在工程设计及项目管理领域至少１０年以上工作经历

	Technical & Professional Knowledge技术及资质要求：
　　- Proficient command of spoken and written Chinese and English熟练掌握中英文
　　- Good knowledge in Engineering standards (GB, HG, SH, ASTM, ASME, API, DIN/EN etc) 精通管道、设备布置及材料等知识，熟悉相关国内及国际标准规范（GB, HG, SH, ASTM, ASME, API, DIN/EN，等等）
　　- Good in relevant software/tools e.g., Hexagon tools　精通相关软件及工具，如Hexagon工具
　　- Holding national engineer or senior engineer certificate as a preference 持有国内相关工程师或高级工程师证书者优选
