•	Ensuring the utilities contract(s) are renewed on time. Processing monthly POs based on finance requirements accordingly.确保公用工程合同及时更新，根据财务要求处理月度订单
•	Spare parts, equipment and maintenance services requested by Maintenance Dept.  	
维修部门请购的备品备件，设备及维修服务
•	Personal protection equipment demand from SHE Dept.	
SHE部门请购的	
•	Safety monitoring and detection services from SHE Dept.	
SHE部门请购的安全监测及检测服务
•	Chemical reagent, equipment for Lab testing

•	Stationary and consumable materials supply.

•	Participate as a key member of the Project team starting from the initial stage.
•	Provide equipment, service and even vendor message for Project development
为项目进展提供信息包含设备，服务及供应商信息
•	Set up the communication channels between vendor(s) and the Project team 
建立供应商与项目组的沟通渠道
•	Conduct bidding for materials, equipment and services as required by the Project 
根据项目需求，组织材料，设备及服务的招标工作 
•	Finalize price and contract negotiations
与供应商进行价格及合同的谈判
•	Follow up on the delivery of Purchase order(s) & contract(s)
采购订单及合同交付的跟踪
•	Coordinate the goods receipt and unloading of materials, and or equipment 
协调收货及材料，设备的卸货
•	Support the finance team on supplier payments, as per the contract payment terms and Project progress.

•	Manage supplier qualification(s) and supplier master data creation and changes in Coupa and SAP.

•	Foster & maintain good relationships with key suppliers.

•	Conduct annual supplier performance evaluations and any required follow up activities.

Level of education & Knowledge	
教育及知识水平
•	University graduate in a business major, trading or mechanical, chemical background preferred
大学学历，商科,贸易或者机械相关专业，化工背景优先
•	At least 5 years of procurement experience

•	Experience in indirect procurement is a must
必要的间接采购经验
•	Min. 5-8 years of working experience in procurement in China, with a minimum of 3 years in a multinational organization

•	Experience in working with cross functional teams preferred

•	Excellent knowledge of the procurement tools and good knowledge of procurement process is preferred

•	Proven experience in indirect categories, preferably in MRO and / or Capex categories
